Smart Living Designs, LLC was founded in 2005 by Peter B. Lundeen to provide architectural services to a wide array of clients in a more approachable manner. Every project, no matter the size, should be able to benefit from smart design.

This focus has strengthened the firm with valuable experience in a variety of project types that include single family homes, multi-family residences, a Planned Unit Development with seven residences and an underground parking garage, a four story mixed use building and several historic remodels and additions.

Project locations include Telluride, Aldasoro, Mountain Village, Ski Ranches, Ophir, San Bernardo, Trout Lake, Rico, and Santa Fe, New Mexico.
